If you’re an interstate or Tasmanian student new to Launceston, join us from 11:00am for New to Town Day — your dedicated welcome to the University of Tasmania and your new community.

What to expect:

11:00am – Welcome Session: Your official welcome to UTAS, with practical advice and guidance to help you settle in and succeed.

12:00pm – Lunch & Student Support Expo: Share a free lunch and explore the many support services and student programs available.

1:00pm – Guided Tour: Take a guided tour of Launceston to get to know your new surroundings and connect with other new students.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the UTAS community and help set you up for a great start.
